Landscape Plan
Why Do I Need A Plan? Having a Plan enables you to view ideas clearly and review those ideas. Secondly, a clear plan makes a quotation straight forward. Design input from our team gives you access to our resources and experience. A basic, more complex garden design and landscape plan can be prepared, but each project gains our attention to detail, and creative skill-set to get the best result.

We Email your drawing for review
Site Consultation may include visual presentation with material options to assist the process with inspiration. We then send you the Plan Drawing and imagery for your review.
Design Ideas – An understanding of contemporary design enables Growing Well to draw upon landscape architecture principles, and intimate knowledge of plants and materials to form unique garden and living areas.
A fee applies to design advice and consultation dependant on how much time your project requires. Our service can be flexible and tailored to your needs. We appreciate the chance to help your transform your place and make it more enjoyable.
Your Landscape Plan into action
Input from our team gives you access to our experience and know-how so basic, or a more complex garden design can be prepared. We re-design and transform small space gardens as well as standard yards. Our garden designer service has been established in Sydney’s Inner Suburbs for 20 years. Growing Well will help enable our customers to obtain the greatest use of their homes, and fully enjoy their outside space with a transformation.To enable you to enliven and distinguish your outside space we will first prepare a concept suited to your site and tailored to personal needs. We listen to your requirements and ideas, before putting our expert attention to solving the layout and design problems. The preliminary concept includes consideration of neighbouring flora, primary lines of sight, focal areas and surrounding vistas.
COUNCIL LANDSCAPE PLANS – DA’S
Growing Well can assist with your Council Development Application or DA. As we regularly submit plans for Sydney Councils, we are able to make sure the application is prepared correctly and thereby assessed sooner. We can act on the client’s behalf and submit all necessary plans and paperwork to the relevant Council, addressing the separate requirements.
In the case that your project is eligible for a Complying Development Certificate and meets relevant Planning Policy, your garden design may not require a DA. Growing Well has submitted landscape plans for local DA ‘s to local councils and will be able to assist you.
